Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mail boxes and email campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just select the email box you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest.
